Hezbollah upgraded its counter-intelligence network in Beirut around 1997 with the help of Syria, France and Canada's International Development Agency ('CIDA') and a top-secret CIA database ('al-Qaeda') listing the CIA operating officers in the region.
The CIA database was stolen by disgraced former CIA director and MIT chemistry professor, Dr. John Deutch, who was given a 'midnight' pardon for his apparent treason by outgoing U.S. president Bill Clinton in January 2001.
Hezbollah's intelligence operations in Lebanon are 'run' by agents affiliated with faculty at the American University in Beirut. The agents are paid through the teachers' national pension fund ('TIAA-CREF') based in New York, known simply as 'Teachers'.
Hezbollah attacks its targets using a global war-room network operated by the Boeing board of directors in Chicago aided by a proxy satellite hub in Gatineau, Quebec.
Boeing's board, debt and equity are controlled by the Teachers - Boeing's largest institutional investor - and the board is alleged by Lockheed to have operated the company for 14 years as a racketeering-influenced and corrupt organization ('RICO').
The systemic procurement frauds on the CIA and Boeing which equipped Hezbollah and for that matter the international al-Qaeda network with their counter-intelligence and virtual war-room technologies, were enabled by the political sponsors of Darleen Druyun in the United States Air Force, Alfonso Galiano in the Canadian ministry of public works and Maurice Strong, the godfather of the UN Oil-for-Food $32 billion kickback scam.
Darleen Druyun went briefly to jail but her racketeering procurement networks run out of Boeing's office in Chicago, were never dismantled.
Alfonso Gagliano - an alleged member of the Bonanno crime family - was never charged with procurement fraud and the satellite hub he helped to build for Boeing's clients in Gatineau, Quebec has never been dismantled.
Maurice Strong - the founder of CIDA in 1968 - accepted a $1 million bribe from Iraq's Ba'ath Party in 1997, but he has never been charged by the Canadian government.
