I believe that no earlier than
1989, a Carlyle Canada* private equity group hired Hillary and Bill
Clinton or their agent, the MIT professor John Deutch, to steal a
copy of the 'al-Qaeda' database of the CIA's physical and virtual
war rooms and the agency's special weapons and tactics ('SWAT')
teams.
The stolen al-Qaeda database
copy appears to have found its way to Lansdowne Technologies, a
Carlyle affiliate in Ottawa and the prime contractor on secure,
online communications and virtual war room networks, used by the
Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), the Department of
National Defence and the RCMP and presumably, the Canadian privy
councilors who participated in a 9/11 war games with America in
which the U.S. Air Force was stood down by a Canadian officer.

The database was stolen no
later than late 1996, when John Deutch, a Clinton-appointed
director of the CIA, copied 17,000 pages of top secret CIA
information over to his home computer.
Professor Deutch appears
to have shared the al-Qaeda database and therefore top-secret
details of CIA virtual war rooms and SWAT teams in the Middle
East, with parties as yet unidentified but presumably including
Carlyle's Canadian privy councilors, Paul Demarais, Sr. and
Frank McKenna.
Professor Deutch was pardoned
for these extraordinary acts of as-yet unpunished treason in January
2001 by the outgoing 42nd president of the United States, Bill
Clinton.
I infer rightly or wrongly,
that the indicted former president and disgraced former director of
the CIA were free to use al-Qaeda SWAT team networks
during the Carlyle-sponsored war games of 9/11.

I believe Lansdowne
Technologies linked the CIA's al-Qaeda database to another Carlyle
affiliate, Parisien Research Corporation in Ottawa which provided
the electronic war-room, warfare and intelligence services used on
9/11 by Carlyle’s unidentified Arabic-speaking military allies (?!).

Lansdowne and Parisien appear
to have re-engineered the stolen data base into a 'Clickback'
virtual assassination and money-laundering network for their
private-equity clients, including the bin Laden and Saddam Hussein
family members banking with Pargesa, a Carlyle-affiliate in
Switzerland.
Osama bin Laden boasted he has
“three independent networks to move al-Qaeda assets around the world
and all the resources of the British and Americans cannot stop us."
He also said, "It matters not
whether Muslims or Socialists destroy America".
I infer from these comments
and the years of planning a Clinton White House would have needed to
stage 'Global Guardian', the bogus NATO war game on 9/11, that
Carlyle must have used online Clickback networks to turn CIA
operatives, such as the Muslims Osama bin Laden and Sheikh Khalid
Mohammed, and/or the Socialists Hillary and Bill Clinton and John
Deutch, into double agents.
In a 'Clickback' scenario, the
al-Qaeda assassination teams hired to kill nearly 3,000 Americans on
9/11 would be paid in Clickbacks - Cascade life
insurance and collective kickback dollars, distributed
after the fact by Carlyle affiliate AXA, the world's largest
insurance company.
Two AXA executives were
released on a 2-million franc bail just two months before 9/11 by a
French magistrate investigating AXA money laundering through
"dead-peasant" life insurance contracts.
