Our research suggests Rose Law firm clients, including the Axa insurance group began developing IKDs in 1978 starting with tainted blood and ‘Unabombs' and later combining nanoalumium powder-boosted incendiary cluster bombs guided with GyroChip QRS11 gyroscopes to conceal murder, arson and securities and insurance frauds on 9/11.

Wittingly or unwittingly, the former Rose Law partners, Joe Giroir, Webster Hubbell, the late Vincent Foster and Hillary Rodham Clinton, appear to have brokered IKD developments which helped organized crime, labor and terrorist groups launder money through Groupe Axa's so-called ‘dead-peasant’ life insurance contracts.

We believe Rose Law clients coordinated assassinations and hedge fund and insurance frauds through the al-Qaeda attack of 9/11 using MindBox software and virtual war rooms crewed by mobbed-up Laborers union (LIUNA) and anarcho-syndicalist groups.

We may not have enough evidence to convict IKD users of murder but we offer a remedy through the Ninth Amendment where “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.” 

Hawks CAFE believes that while citizens in America and other Common law countries must honor the dictum, "Accuse no Innocent, Shelter no Guilty", they have unenumerated grand-jury rights to collect physical evidence and human intelligence against anyone suspected of causing the wrongful death of a fellow citizen.

Members can use the yahoo group to share intelligence online and collect evidence of alleged wrongful deaths, not limited to 9/11, that may remain in watersheds - areas of land that catch rain and snow and drain or seep into a stream, river, lake or groundwater. 

We will invite 100 plaintiffs from 'virtual grand jurors' in the yahoo group to bring a class action suit for triple damages against a racketeering-influenced and corrupt organization ('RICO')  allegedly linked to 9/11 and special weapons & tactics teams outlined below.

7. Spoliation of evidence: AMEC and George Soros through Waste Management Inc.
8. Removal of evidence: Tomoye, Groove, MIT Center for Coordination Science
